Go beyond choosing a size

FitCheck helps you choose the closest existing size. Custom Fit will go further by adapting a pattern you already own to your actual body measurements, gauge and preferred fit.

Example for a top-down raglan pullover

  1. Knit size S through the yoke.
  2. At the underarm, cast on 10 stitches instead of 8. You should have 236 body stitches.
  3. Work the body to 37 cm before the hem.
  4. Pick up 10 stitches at each underarm.
  5. Follow your personalized sleeve decrease schedule. Decrease every 7th round, 14 times.
An illustrative example. A real plan refers to the sections of your own pattern.

Custom Fit is being developed for supported garment constructions, starting with top-down raglan pullovers. When a safe fit recommendation can’t be made for a pattern, it will tell you so instead of guessing.
